It’s hard to believe after all the preparation, production
and, expectations, the Fairchild Tropical Garden Chocolate Festival is over. This year –our second- was unbelievable for
Cao Chocolates and also for me personally.
I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to all the
attendees and staff for their support and friendship. We had the most amazing
customers who became friends rapidly after our unforgettable conversations
about cacao (not just chocolate) and the beauty of this amazing fruit.

I also had the opportunity to share my knowledge with one of
the lectures on Sunday afternoon about cacao and the importance of
appreciating, respecting and supporting farmers without forgetting the difference
in quality between our artisan confections versus mass production chocolates.

We are proud to say we were the –only- chocolate business
from Miami with solid knowledge about growing cacao and the chocolate making
process from A to Z (not just there to sell bonbons or truffles). Also we are proud to say we are the only
Miami chocolate business capable to make chocolates from the bean directly
which makes a big difference between Cao Chocolates and any other business.
